Our Technicians & Office Staff
A number of our technicians are family members and have been working in the business since its inception. Our technicians have an average of 11 years of experience.
All our technicians are bonded and certified with IICRC. All technicians receive regular training to keep up to date on skills, equipment, product use and customer service.
Our uniformed technicians are professional, polite and trustworthy. We use blocks and tabs under all furniture to protect both the carpet and the furniture.
Our technicians also provide services for a major warranty company.
Our office staff is courteous and professional. Your call is very important to us. We also have an answering service to take your calls after hours – 24 hours a day; 7 days a week. Our service quickly relays your message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Our Equipment
Cahill’s Carpet Cleaning trucks are clearly marked and very well maintained.
Our equipment is state of the art. We use truck-mounted carpet cleaning machines. We also have portable machines to service our high rise customers.
We also have top of the line tile and grout cleaning equipment. This equipment is powerful but gentle. With this equipment we clean your tile and grout with a cleaning solution and a high pressure hot water rinse all within an enclosed vacuum system. Smaller attachments allow us to clean tight corners as well as we do open areas.
All products used are environmentally friendly and safe for homes with children and pets.
